My step-brother Michael and his fiance Ann are getting married today in Coronado. Should be pretty! I had to put signs up today so everyone turns on the right streets and the weather is fine :)

i'm a cowgirl

I decided after my friends latest shindig that I would make a good cowgirl. Yeah, that's right, a cowgirl. True that I just invested in my first pair of boots (I want to live in them) but sometimes it only takes a day to find one's true calling. Really I just want to ride a horse all day and continue practicing my mad roping skills. I roped a cow ya'll ... of course it was a bale of hay with a plastic bull head stuck in it ... but you have to start somewhere. Plus, how awesome would it be to wake up early, feed the horses, sit and do devotions and read the bible while listening to the early morning aminals and then work on roping a cow and take a ride on a horse through the wild yonder ... pretty freakin awesome ... i decided.
